You can ask us to delete your VocaDo account and everything we hold about you, including every voice recording. You do not have to give a reason.
Open the side menu and tap Delete my account, just under Sign out. The app tells you exactly what will happen before anything does:
Send an email to info@vocavibe.ai with the subject “Delete my VocaDo data”, from any address you like, and include:
We will reply to confirm, and we may need to check that the request really comes from you before we delete anything. That check protects you: without it, anyone who knew your phone number could erase your rehabilitation history.
You can also simply ask your clinician. They can raise the request with us on your behalf, and they will know whether your clinic needs to keep any of it as part of your medical record.
| Data | What happens |
|---|---|
| Voice recordings | Deleted, including every practice take and every recorded conversation. |
| Measurements taken from your voice | Deleted with the recordings they came from. |
| Your practice history | Deleted — which tasks you did and when. |
| Conversations with the companion | Deleted. |
| Your account and phone number | Deleted, and you will no longer be able to sign in. |
| Your practice plan and clinical details | Removed from our systems. Your clinic may hold its own copy — see below. |
We act on deletion requests within 30 days of confirming your identity, and usually much sooner. We will email you when it is done.
You do not have to delete everything. You can withdraw your consent to recording and keep your account and your history — email us and say so, or tell your clinician. Recording stops, and the practice exercises will no longer work, since measuring your voice is what they do.
